The 420-hour Pre-School and Day Care Facilitator Programme:

This is designed to prepare learners for a successful career in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) by building the knowledge and practical skills required to support the holistic development of children aged 3–6 years.
The programme covers key areas including child development, health and safety, inclusive teaching practices, activity planning, learner assessment, record-keeping, family engagement, and effective classroom management. RPL – Pre-School and Day Care Facilitator Programme:

This program is designed for experienced early childhood professionals who wish to validate their existing skills, enhance their professional competence, and strengthen their career prospects in the Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) sector.
Comprising 50 hours of practical training and 40 hours of theoretical learning, the programme focuses on child development, health and safety, holistic learning, age-appropriate teaching practices, learner assessment, and effective collaboration with families. Participants also strengthen essential workplace skills, including communication, digital literacy, inclusive practices, professional ethics, and career readiness.
Ideal for professionals looking to gain formal recognition of their experience, the programme supports career progression, improves employability, and prepares learners for advanced opportunities in preschools, day care centres, and early childhood education settings. Eligibility

420-hour Pre-School and Day Care Facilitator Programme

    Applicants must meet any one of the following eligibility criteria:
  • Successfully completed Class 12 with a minimum of 6 months of relevant work experience, or
  • Hold an NSQF Level 3.5 qualification with at least 1.5 years of relevant experience, or
  • Hold an NSQF Level 3 qualification with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

RPL – Pre-School and Day Care Facilitator Programme

    Applicants must meet the following eligibility criterion:
  • Successfully completed Class 12 (or equivalent) with a minimum of 12 months of relevant work experience.
